Anti-UV Masterbatch

When outdoor plastic products are exposed under sunlight for a long period of time, the surface and quality of the products could be damaged negatively which makes the color faded and the product may be disintegrated or cracked. Noticing the problem, we’ve created a new masterbatch which is anti UV, protects the products from UV degradation. UV stabilizers that we add into plastics usually act by absorbing the UV radiation preferentially, and dissipating the energy as low-level heat. The chemicals used are similar to those in sunscreen products, which protect skin from UV attack.
